How membership works

Membership pays for Dr. Saremi’s time: a 30-minute first visit, a 15-minute check-in every month, a personalized care plan, and direct messaging with him, not a portal or a care coordinator. Premium adds four in-person visits a year and seven-day messaging; the details are below.

Labs, body composition scans and other testing are available when you need them, billed separately.

Medication is not included. GLP-1 prescriptions are filled and billed separately by the pharmacy: brand-name only, never compounded.

Who it’s for

• Executives and busy professionals whose schedules don’t fit a clinic’s.
• Anyone who wants to reach their physician directly. Your messages go to Dr. Saremi himself: seven days a week, after hours included, on Premium, and on weekdays on Essential.
• Visits by telemedicine in the six states where he is licensed: California, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois and Texas. On Premium, you also see him in person four times a year, by appointment, in La Jolla or Newport Beach.
